PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition capable of adhering a lightweight composite resin and a lightweight metallic component with a high strength, and maintaining an excellent adhesive strength even if an ambient temperature drastically changes and water or a snow melting agent has contact therewith, and also to provide a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet using the same.SOLUTION: An adhesive composition at least includes an epoxy resin, an acrylic particle and a curative. The acrylic particle has a core-shell structure including butadiene rubber and polymethacrylate or polyacrylate. A pressure sensitive adhesive sheet is configured so that an adhesive layer made of the adhesive composition is disposed between a first release film and a second release film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
