摘要 The present invention relates to a method for preparing an integrated electrode-graphite current collector for a redox flow battery. The method includes: a conductive and adhesive fluid preparing step of mixing a conductive carbon material, a binder having a high actual carbon ratio to be bound with the conductive carbon material, and a wetting agent for obtaining the fluidity of the conductive carbon material slurry to prepare an adhesive fluid; a conductive and adhesive layer forming step of coating the conductive and adhesive fluid on a graphite current collector, arranging an electrode thereon, and pressuring and curing the components at a temperature of 160-350°C and under pressure of 0.2-2 kg/cm^2; and a carbonization step of thermally decomposing the coupled body of the electrode, the conductive and adhesive layer, and the graphite current collector in an inert atmosphere at 900-1,300°C to carbonize the coupled body. The present invention can integrate the redox flow battery electrode and the graphite current collector by using the highly conductive and adhesive layer to reduce the contact resistance of an interface, thereby enhancing the performance and efficiency of the battery.
