The present invention relates to a power converting device and, more specifically, to a power converting device capable of stably generating power by being joined to multiple power sources to enable rotation identical to rotation capable of providing large torque, capable of maximizing energy efficiency by partly using electricity when using various natural power or partly using torque as it is to form one energy source without a loss of the natural power. The present invention is characterized by including an outward centroid rim device rotating around a conversion linkage shaft, which is a rotary central shaft; the conversion linkage shaft as the rotary central shaft of the outward centroid rim device; one or multiple power control units rotating the outward centroid rim device; and a conversion power generating unit generating power by receiving torque from the conversion linkage shaft. |
