摘要 The present invention relates to an apparatus to adjust an optical axis of an optical module assembly capable of precisely, quickly, and easily adjusting an optical axis of an image pickup device by adjusting based on one point formed in one plane when x, y, and z axes are tilt-adjusted by adjusting the image pickup device to a required level by receiving location information in a sensor, and moreover minimizing a size of an apparatus by not having an existing stacked structure. Moreover, the apparatus to adjust an optical axis of an optical module assembly comprises: a mounting part whereon an image pickup device is mounted; a sensor located on the upper part of the mounting part to transfer location information; a tilting plate connected with the mounting part, located on a lower part thereof, and to be rotated; a first tilting means to rotate the tilting plate based on a virtual first axis formed on a plane which is the same with the mounting part; a second tilting means to rotate the tilting plate based on a second axis formed on a plane which is the same with the mounting part, and perpendicular to a virtual first axis; and a third tilting means to rotate the tilting plate based on a virtual third axis formed to be perpendicular to the tilting plate on the intersection point of the first axis and the second axis.
