<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently charge power generated by renewable energy while suppressing the load to a storage battery.SOLUTION: A capacitor C2 temporarily stores power generated by a generator 10 using renewable energy. A switch S1 is inserted into a path between the capacitor C2 and a storage battery 30. A switch control circuit 22 turns on the switch S1 when the voltage of the capacitor C2 reaches an upper-limit threshold voltage, and turns off the switch S1 when the voltage of the capacitor C2 reaches a lower-limit threshold voltage.</p> |
