PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding device having a mechanism for facilitating self-sharpening function of a grinding stone, while the device is of a versatile and simple construction.SOLUTION: A grinding device includes a grinding stone including abrasive grain and bond and an elastic member connected to the grinding stone. The grinding stone has a grinding face where the grinding stone makes contact with an object of grinding, and an elastic member functions to oscillate the grinding stone in a direction perpendicular to the grinding face. |
