摘要 <p>The invention relates to a method for operating a low-temperature power plant, which has an evaporator cycle and comprises an evaporator medium thermally corresponding to a heat source and a turbine having a generator, which turbine is operated by the evaporator medium. The evaporator medium condenses after the turbine and is collected in a condensate collector and then returned to an evaporator. According to the invention, in order to approach the condensation point of the medium in the circuit controllably and reliably and to significantly increase the efficiency, refrigerant that can be condensed by cooling is used as the evaporator medium, and on the expansion side of the turbine the evaporator medium is further pressure-reduced and cooled in a controlled manner in order to approach the condensation point by means of a cooling circuit, in particular a separate cooling circuit, which is at least temporarily operated and which is connected in parallel to the condensate collector in regard to flow, until the evaporator medium completes a controlled phase transition at least into the liquid state in the condensate collector, from which the liquid refrigerant is delivered back to the evaporator of the cycle by means of a delivery pump operated from energy at least partially from the system itself.</p>
