Novelty: a method for the production of pre-prepared bechamel sauce is disclosed. Ingredients: stable proportions of materials, controlled mixing and treatment of doses in an automated pasteurization line where the materials are weighed , dosed , mixed, homogenized, pasteurized and packed at adequate and constant time and temperature. Advantages: homogenous and stable structure with no mixing of other materials; no preparation in advance; uniform and easy spread on food; conservation into refrigerators. |
