PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recyclable form that can enhance heat insulation by adding a new function to a recyclable form without spoiling functions of the recyclable form.SOLUTION: The recyclable form includes: a recyclable form body 1 having a contact surface 2 to come into contact with concrete to be cast, a non-contact surface 1a which is parallel with the contact surface 2 and positioned on the opposite side from the contact surface, and a plurality of ribs 3, 4, 5, and 6 projecting from the non-contact surface 1a to the opposite side of the contact surface 2 so as to reinforce the recyclable form body 1; a housing 7 housed between the ribs 5 and 5 and fixed to the side of the non-contact surface 1a; and a circuit 78 housed in the housing 7. The recyclable form also has, on the side of the non-contact surface 1a, a granular layer 30 including many particles 31 and a plate-like layer 40 located more on an outside-air side than the granular layer 30. |
