PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinneret.SOLUTION: A spinneret according to this invention is a two-way spinneret comprising: a body defining a longitudinal direction; and at least two holes. The body includes a top surface and a bottom surface and defines a cavity for receiving a certain amount of material, the cavity including a bottom. The two holes are disposed at the bottom of the cavity along the axis of the longitudinal direction of the spinneret, each of the two holes having hole diameters.
