PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel binding method and a novel binding device characterized in that binding can be performed with a one-touch operation, releasing is easy with a one-touch operation, a price is reasonable, an appearance beautiful, even manual binding can be carried out, reuse and diversion are allowed, high sealing performance is provided, binding strength is high, durability is high, storage performance is high, and the binding device is small in size, usable for a loop-shaped or long bound material, and simple, the bound material is not stained, a binding position is not shifted, and various strengths, easy releasing and a shape variation are allowed.SOLUTION: The binding method includes winding a winding cord on a bound material, pressing the ear of the winding cord by a winding loop, loop-shifting a floating loop so as to be over the winding loop which is the tail of the winding cord, tightening the ear or tail of the winding cord to set the floating loop as a fastening loop, and can strengthen binding by pressing at least the tail of the winding cord by the fastening loop and pressing a restraining loop by each type of a fastening loop.
