Disclosed is an orbital pipe cutting device capable of freely controlling an entry and withdrawal of a cutting tool using an RPM ratio of two driving wheels. According to the present invention, the orbital pipe cutting device comprises: a pair of a driving wheel and a control wheel combined with one side of a main body to be penetrated by a pipe while rotating; a power transmission shaft protruding to penetrate the driving wheel while toothing with a control wheel; a rod being in contact with a protruding fore-end of the power transmission shaft to intersect with each other, converting a rotating motion in a horizontal direction of the power transmission shaft into a rotating motion in a vertical direction; a guide block combined with a front of the driving wheel, converting the rotation of the rod into a linear motion; a cutting tool combined with the guide block, reciprocating (y-axis) towards the pipe depending on a rotating speed of the control wheel; and a chuck installed in either or both in front and behind the main body to fixate the pipe (P). The main body or the chuck can be moved in a horizontal direction such that the cutting tool conducts a two-axis process by moving in an axial direction (x-axis) of the pipe. |
