The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a functional fermented brown rice vinegar. The functional fermented brown rice vinegar can be obtained by performing a process of mixing and fermenting functional herbal extracts while manufacturing a brown rice vinegar. Various functional herbal extracts for anti-obesity and anti-metabolic syndrome, for mitigation of diabetes, for improvement of stamina, and for mitigation of neuralgia and arthritis can be used as the functional herbal extracts. |
