PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for selectively adsorbing and recovering a noble metal from an aqueous solution containing noble metal such as gold, palladium and platinum.SOLUTION: Provided is: a method for recovering a noble metal from a solution containing a noble metal, and in which the method includes continuously passing a solution containing a noble metal through a container tube packed with a recovery agent containing a lignin derivative obtained by subjecting biomass to compression and heat treatment, where the lignin derivative is a solid obtained by filtering what is obtained by subjecting biomass to compression and heat treatment with a subcritical or supercritical water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
