PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery system that can suppress reduction of the power generation efficiency in a fuel battery even when the charging efficiency of a secondary battery is high in a second mode of alternately executing power generation and stop of power generation.SOLUTION: In a fuel battery system having a fuel battery 3, a battery 44 for storing power generated in the fuel battery 3, a heater 30 for heating the fuel battery 3 and a controller 6 for controlling power generation in the fuel battery 3 and heating of the fuel battery 3 by the heater 30, in a low load operation mode of alternately executing power generation and stop of power generation, under a state that power generation of the fuel battery 3 is stopped, the controller 6 stops the heater 30 and generates power in the fuel battery 3 when the charging rate R of the battery 44 is lower than the charging rate R1, and the controller 6 continues stop of the power generation of the fuel battery 3 and heats the fuel battery 3 by the heater 30 when the charging rate R in the battery 44 is higher than the charging rate R1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
