<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retort apparatus capable of surely preventing deformation of an aerated container during a cooling process. <P>SOLUTION: A heat medium circulating circuit 34 uses a circulating pump 3406 to circulate a heat medium 2 between a heat exchanger 26 and a treatment tank 12. The heat medium circulating circuit 34 causes a heat exchange between the heat medium 2 supplied into the treatment tank 12 and either steam or cooling water 4 via the heat exchanger 26, and causes the heat medium to circulate between the heat exchanger 26 and the treatment tank 12 while ejecting the heat medium 2 after the heat exchange toward the aerated container by means of a plurality of heat medium ejection nozzles 14 inside the treatment tank 12. A bypass circuit 36 allows the heat medium 2 to bypass from the exit side of the circulating pump 3406 to the exit side of the heat exchanger 26. A flow control means controls the flow of the heat medium 2 distributed to the bypass circuit 36 and the heat exchanger 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
