<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for allowing a person having no technique and knowledge about nematode to simply and quickly separate the nematode from soil. <P>SOLUTION: A specific gravity liquid is put into a soft tube and stopped by a pinch cock. A soil dispersed liquid is put into the upper part of the specific gravity liquid, and the pinch cock is removed to precipitate the soil. The tube is made to be still standing sideways, and the soft tube is taken up to discharge and obtain the separated nematode solution, and the precipitated soil is caused to remain in the tube. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
