<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a siloxane-based resin composition that contains a low-refractive index microparticle, can be coated without causing the coating unevenness, and is excellent in coatability and coating liquid stability. <P>SOLUTION: The siloxane-based resin composition contains: a siloxane-based resin (A) obtained by hydrolyzing silane compounds (a-2) of specific formula (1) and specific formula (2) and/or specific formula (3) in the presence of a solvent (a-1) and then subjecting the hydrolyzed silane compounds to condensation reaction; and a solvent (B), which in turn contains a solvent (B-1) being a compound represented by specific formula (4) and having a boiling point at 1 atm of 130 to 180°C and a solvent (B-2) being a compound represented by specific formula (4) and having a boiling point of 190 to 300°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
