<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parasite detecting method for easily detecting a parasite from a specimen. <P>SOLUTION: A parasite detecting method includes: a sampling step of sampling a piece of flesh from a muscle of a specimen; a plate preparation step of preparing a solid phase antigen with the piece of flesh as an antigen on a plate; a primary antigen addition step of adding a primary antigen made of antiserum obtained from an animal to the plate after the animal is immunized with an immunogen of Kudoa septempunctata; a secondary antigen addition step of adding a secondary antigen marked by an enzyme and coupled to the primary antigen to the plate; and a detection step of adding an enzyme substrate reactive to the enzyme to the plate and detecting the parasite living in the specimen on the basis of a fluorescence intensity of light emitted by the reaction between the enzyme and the enzyme substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
