PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clean room for manufacturing a medicine at a low cost which is operated while thoroughly saving energy by applying air cleaning treatment in no small way when persons are present in a room or a medicine is present in the room and executing strict air cleaning and temperature control during the operation of a medicine making apparatus.SOLUTION: In an energy saving air conditioning system having an air conditioner, a temperature/humidity sensor for detecting a temperature and humidity, a human detection sensor for detecting the number of persons in a room, and a controller connected to the temperature/humidity sensor and the human detection sensor, the controller controls an air change rate in the clean room to the necessity minimum when the person is not present in the room, when the human detection sensor does not detect the presence of the persons and a medicine distribution signal is not received, and the controller controls the air change rate in the clean room to the necessity minimum when the person is present in the room, and performs air conditioning to a proper clean degree when the human detection sensor detects the presence of the persons or the medicine distribution signal is received. |
