The present invention provides a data composition environment less dependent on a terminal by using only a standard decode function of a browser and to play a video smoothly by increasing a compression rate. When compressed data of a video to be played in a client terminal (2) are composed and stored in a web server (1), JPEG compression is performed by a JPEG block unit for each frame constituting the video and compressed data are linked to JPEG compressed stop image data (12). However, data, which can be used from a previous frame by applying motion compensation between frames, are not linked to the JPEG compressed stop image data (12), and the purpose is described in image recovery compressed information (13). A display program (11), interpreted by a browser (21), is described to restore an original video from the composed JPEG compressed stop image data (12). The display program (11) is downloaded in the client terminal (2) and is run. Accordingly, the video is displayed on a display screen (22). |
