Disclosed are a composite positive electrode active material comprising: a core active material; one or more first polymers selected from the polymers of a fully fluorinated polymer formed on at least part of the core active material and a polymer having 60 to 90 atomic percent of a fluorine content; and a coating film including a carbon nano structure, a producing method thereof, a positive electrode comprising the composite positive electrode active material, and a lithium battery comprising the positive electrode.
