Disclosed are an integrated in-building system using a fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) network and a method for embodying the integrated in-building system. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the integrated in-building system using a FTTH network includes: a converting unit for converting a mobile communications signal from a mobile communications base station into an Ethernet signal; a combining unit for generating a combined signal by combining the Ethernet signal with a data signal provided to a home gateway device connected to the FTTH network; and a processing unit for transmitting the combined signal to the home gateway device.
