<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film solar cell capable of enhancing the output while reducing the manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: In the thin film solar cell, the cell in a cell integration part has an electrode for current extraction, the cell integration part has a second isolation trench between adjoining first and second cells, one end of the transparent electrode layer of the first cell has an extension extending to the region of second cell while traversing the second isolation trench, and is insulated electrically from the transparent electrode layer of the second cell by a first isolation trench, the back electrode layer of the second cell and the extension of the transparent electrode layer of the first cell are connected electrically via a contact line, and the transparent electrode layer directly under the electrode for current extraction of the cell provided with the electrode for current extraction is insulated electrically. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
