A therapeutic treatment apparatus for heating and treating a body tissue comprises a heat transfer plate (110), an electrothermal conversion element (140), fixing parts (114), and first lead wires (164). The heat transfer plate (110) contacts on the body tissue on a first main surface thereby to transfer heat to the body tissue. The electrothermal conversion element (140) includes extension parts (143) provided on a second main surface of the heat transfer plate and extending from the heat transfer plate. The electrothermal conversion element (140) is formed with an electric resistance pattern (144) and first lead connection parts (146). The fixing parts (114) are provided at ends of the heat transfer plate (110) on the side where the electrothermal conversion element (140) extends, and sandwich the electrothermal conversion element (140) between them and the heat transfer plate (110). The first lead wires (164) are electrically connected to the first lead connection parts (146) and supply the electric resistance pattern (144) with power. |
