A fine dust monitoring device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a fine dust measuring unit comprising a probe which directly contacts with liquid; a fluid circulating unit comprising a flow channel which circulates liquid comprising fine dusts adsorbed to a membrane filter; a calculating unit which calculates a resonance property of a resonance circuit using S-parameter measured in the fine dust measuring unit; an analyzing unit which analyzes kinds and concentration of collected fine dusts after comparing a calculated resonance property with existing data; and a display unit which displays kinds and concentration of analyzed fine dusts in a graph and a figure.
