<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chassis dynamometer configured so that a pit cover is suspended through a narrow space between a fixed side roller and a moving side roller and the lower end part of the pit cover is bent at an approximately right angle and stored in a cover storage part 59 arranged under the moving side roller. <P>SOLUTION: A chassis dynamometer 31 includes a fixed side roller 32 for placing either one of front and rear wheels of a vehicle to be tested, a moving side roller 33 for placing the other wheel and a pit cover device 51 for moving a position of a pit aperture following the movement of the moving side roller. A cover storage part 59 for storing a tip part of a cover body part 54 of the pit cover device 51 which when approaching the fixed side roller 32, is suspended between the moving side roller and the fixed side roller and bent at an approximately right angle is arranged under the moving side roller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
