摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration in which information about an input voltage and an input current detected at a primary side circuit is transmitted to an arithmetic processing part on a secondary side circuit insulated from the primary side circuit by a small scaled circuit configuration. <P>SOLUTION: In a primary side circuit 100, an input voltage is detected by voltage detection resistors 2 and 3. In the primary side circuit 100, an input current value is detected by a current detection resistor 4. A PWM circuit 18 generates a duty ratio according to a voltage detection value. A non-inverting amplifier circuit 15 properly adjusts and outputs the voltage level of a current detection signal. A light emission side LED 171 inside a photo coupler 17 is ON-OFF controlled by the duty ratio and is controlled by an amperage according to the voltage level. An output signal from a light reception side photo-transistor PTr1 inside the photo coupler 17 is smoothed by a smoothing circuit 20 which smooths a voltage pulse signal produced by light-reception and generates an analogue signal having power information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
