摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize the whole of devices, concerning a heat exchange type cooling device and a heating element storage device using the same. <P>SOLUTION: A heat exchanging apparatus includes a heat exchanger 14 which is provided with a second suction port 10 and a second blowoff port 11 for second environment on a back, and exchanges heat between air for first environment and air for the second environment in a body case 12. The heat exchanger 14 has two kinds of pluralities of plate bodies put one over another alternately; and one plate A15a has an L-shaped blow lane for the first environment provided on a top surface and the other plate B15b has a U-shaped blow lane for the second environment provided on a top surface. One surface formed in a stacking direction is provided with an air suction port (first inflow hole 14a) for the first environment, one of other adjacent surfaces is provided with a blowoff port (first outflow hole 14b) for the first environment, and a surface facing the surface where the first outflow hole 14b is provided is provided with an air suction port (second inflow hole 14c) and an air blowoff port (second outflow hole 14d) for second environment.
