摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress erroneous detection and improve detection accuracy of apparatus in which the size thereof is easily reduced and the configuration is superior in assembly properties. <P>SOLUTION: A core 30 is formed in an substantially ellipse shape, and three-phase first conductors 31R, 31S, and 31T penetrating the core 30 are arranged along with the longitudinal direction of a through-hole of the core. The core 30 is unevenly formed to have a cross-section area different in positions depending on a positional relationship among the first conductors 31R, 31S, and 31T. For example, the core 30 is formed to have an almost uniform thickness of T1, and the width W2 and width W4 of respective ends of the core 30 in the longitudinal direction are larger than the width W1 and width W3 of the center of the core near the core center, depending on displacement of the first conductors 31R and 31T from the core center in the longitudinal direction.
