<p>Provided is a combination-pressable aluminum-alloy fin material for heat exchangers that is made of an aluminum alloy comprising 0.010-0.4 mass% Fe, 0.005-0.05 mass% Cu, and Al and inevitable impurities as the remainder, and having an Al purity of 99.30 mass% or greater, the combination-pressable aluminum-alloy fin material for heat exchangers being characterized in that: the plate thickness of the combination-pressable aluminum-alloy fin material for heat exchangers is less than 0.115 mm; the average grain size of subgrains is 2.5 µm or less; and the proof stress is greater than 130 MPa and less than or equal to 155 MPa. Also provided is a method for producing said aluminum-alloy fin material. It is possible to obtain a combination-pressable aluminum-alloy fin material for heat exchangers that has excellent collar-cracking resistance and handleability. It is possible to obtain an aluminum-alloy fin material for heat exchangers that has excellent corrosion resistance and collar-cracking resistance with which collar cracking can be inhibited at the time of shaping/processing.</p> |
