<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device for regenerating an air dryer considering the compatibility of rapid air filling and the versatility of the time setting of the air sending time adjusting function for the regeneration treatment of a desiccant. <P>SOLUTION: The valve device 10 for regenerating the air dryer includes a piston 14 for internally demarcating a chamber 11 into the space on one end side of an air tank and the space on the other end side of a drying part, valves (28 and 31) closed by the movement of the piston to one side of the air tank and opened by the movement of the piston to the other side of the air tank, an energizing means 26 for energizing the piston in a valve closing direction, the hole part (16) formed to the piston and allowing the air to flow from one end side space to the other end side space corresponding to the difference between the pressure of the air in the one end side space and the pressure of the air in the other end side space and an auxiliary flow channel (33) having control means (21 and 29) for permitting the flow of the air from the other end side space to one end side space and controlling the flow of the air from one end side space to the other end side space. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
