An embodiment of the present invention provides a light emitting device package, which includes: a first lead frame and a second lead frame; a light emitting device which is electrically connected to the first lead frame and the second lead frame; a molding unit which is arranged to surround the light emitting device; and an oxynitride-based fluorescent material which can be represented by the chemical formula 1: L_XM_YO_aN_bA_cB_d, wherein 1<=X<=3, 3<=Y<=7, 0.001<=Z<=1.0, 0<=a<=5, 0.1<=b<=9, 0.001<=c<=0.3, and 0.001<=d<=0.3 are satisfied. The light emitting device package can implement white light having excellent brightness as well as an excellent color rendering index. |
