The present invention relates to a design and analysis method for a structure of a blade comprising: a modeling step of generating a shell finite element model by splitting a designed blade into finite elements based on a geometry model of the designed blade; a step of inputting information of each area in the geometry model and inputting layer information of each element of the shell finite element model based on the inputted information of each area; a step of extracting multiple arc lines along a lengthwise direction of the shell finite element model in which the layer information is inputted; a step of computing section properties information of the blade from vibration behaviors of the arc lines; a step of generating properties values of beams corresponding to the section properties information of the blade and generating a beam finite element model from the properties values; and a step of analyzing information on the blade.
