The present invention relates to a platform safety barrier. The present invention includes a left safety barrier (30) and a right safety barrier (32) installed to a front part of a platform door, and interwork with the platform door. A combination piece (33) protrudes from the left safety barrier (30), and a combination groove (35) combined with the combination piece (33) is formed in the right safety barrier (32). When the left door (11) and the right door (12) of the platform are closed, the combination piece (33) is inserted into the combination groove (35) such that the door of the platform can be protected. According to the present invention, the platform safety barrier prevents people from leaning to the door of the platform, or a pressure from being directly applied to the door of the platform; thereby preventing falling accidents on the platform. |
