<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion press apparatus in which a constitution and control of a hydraulic circuit are simplified to reduce the cost for manufacturing the device and shorten the process time in a burp cycle. <P>SOLUTION: In the extrusion press apparatus where the stem is arranged to be movable forward and backward by interlinking an end platen, a dice, a container, and a ram provided with a stem at the tip for pushing a billet in the container to a main cylinder, and which includes a prefill valve for sucking hydraulic oil into the main cylinder and discharging the hydraulic oil out of the main cylinder when the ram moves under no load, the prefill valve is provided with a means for controlling the degree of valve opening. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
