<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter control device capable of detecting open-phase failure even when no electric current flows in each phase of an inverter device from a power supply of a motor or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The inverter control device includes: a storage means connected to a D.C. power supply; a voltage detection means detecting a voltage of the storage means; a plurality of pairs of switching elements Q1-Q6 connected to both terminals of the storage means, respectively; and a control means controlling turning on-off of the switching elements Q1-Q6 and converting D.C. electric power of the D.C. power supply to A.C. electric power. The control means controls turning on-off of the switching elements Q1-Q6 to discharge electric charges stored in the storage means, calculates a discharge voltage of the storage means based on the voltage detected by the voltage detection means, and determines open-phase failure based on the discharge voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
