The system in the present invention comprises: a transformer (1) for converting voltage supplied from the outside; a low voltage main circuit breaker (2) for protecting ground and overcurrent of power converted by the transformer (1), and turning power on/off; a first booth duct (3) installed between the transformer (1) and the low voltage main circuit breaker (2), and supplying the power converted by the transformer (1) to the low voltage main circuit breaker (2); a digital charger small group (4) for evenly controlling the power converted by the transformer (1) to charge a battery (6); and a second booth duct (5) installed between the low voltage main circuit breaker (2) and the digital charger small group (4), and supplying the power supplied through the low voltage main circuit breaker (2) to the digital charger group (4).
