<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing device which has a mechanical obstacle detection structure which is hard to be affected by a power supply failure or the like, and in which particularly an automatic closing device and a brake mechanism are superior in workability.SOLUTION: An opening/closing device is equipped with a seat plate interlock mechanism A which interlocks with the upward movement of a movable seat plate 12 and brings a brake mechanism 42 into a braked state from a released state. The seat plate interlock mechanism A comprises: a tension raising mechanism 90 for raising the tension of a first string-shaped member a1 by the upward movement of the movable seat plate 12; a rotator 70 provided in such a manner as to be pulled with the first string-shaped member a1 of which tension is raised by the tension raising mechanism 90 and rotated in one direction; and a second string-shaped member a2, one end side of which is fixed on the outer peripheral side of the rotator 70, and provided in such a manner that a lever member 52 of a brake mechanism 42 is pulled to the side of a return position with its other end side.</p> |
