The present invention relates to a clutch assembly (12) for a powertrain (10) of a vehicle. The clutch assembly comprises: a housing (34); one or more clutches (20); a first rotating member (38) formed as a shaft or a hub member and mounted in the housing (34) to relatively rotate; and a second rotating member (30) mounted in the housing (34) to relatively rotate by having a radial section (53) extended in a radial direction. Moreover, an axial bearing (52) is arranged between the first rotating member (38) and the radial section (53) of the second rotating member (30). In this case, the axial bearing (52) is assembled in a way of being relatively centered on the first rotation member (38).
