In the present invention, a method for producing a tubular body involves winding a continuous fiber impregnated with a resin about a mandrel body rotating together with a mandrel shaft section at a predetermined circumferential speed, while moving the continuous fiber reciprocatingly in parallel with the axis of rotation of the mandrel body. The method involves the following: moving in parallel a feed roller, from which the continuous fiber is supplied to the mandrel body, from the middle of the mandrel body to one end thereof; hooking the continuous fiber on a return section provided on the one end of the mandrel body and winding the continuous fiber about the one end of the mandrel body in a state where the central axial direction of the feed roller and the supply direction of the continuous fiber are orthogonal; and thereafter rotating the central axis of the feed roller and moving the feed roller back in the reverse direction. Provided is a method for producing a tubular body by filament winding (FW) which, in the production of a tubular body by FW using an antislip jig, enhances yield by preventing a contraction of the yarn width produced during the return of the continuous fiber, and also enables low-angle winding in a favorable laminated state.
|
