Disclosed are a system for providing an IP camera image, a service provider device, service user device and method, and a computer program. An IP camera router assigns a communications port for forwarding to an IP address and a communications port of one or more IP cameras connected to an internal network, changes the assigned communications port for forwarding based on predetermined update information, and transmits service information including the communications port for forwarding which is changed through an external network, to a server. The server receives the service information from an IP camera router, receives an address request message for requesting an address of the IP camera from a service user device through the external network, checks the communications port for forwarding assigned to the IP address and communications port of the IP camera of which the address is requested, by using the service information received from the IP camera router, and transmits address information including the IP address of the IP camera router for the external network and the checked communications port for forwarding to the service user device through the external network in response to the received address request message. |
