The present invention relates to a lysyl-tRNA synthetase (KRS) fragment which comprises an amino acid sequence represented by sequence number 1, and is secreted from cancer cells. The present invention further relates to a microvesicle comprising the KRS fragment, and a method for screening a cancer metastasis suppressor and providing information required for cancer diagnosis, by using the fragment and the microvesicle. The fragment, the microvesicle, and the method of the present invention can be useful for developing the cancer metastasis suppressor or developing a diagnosis kit in order to provide information required for cancer diagnosis, thereby being highly usable industrially. |
