According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for selecting a public land mobile network (PLMN) of a terminal in a mobile communications system comprises the following steps: selecting the PLMN as a network where the terminal is to be connected, in a manual PLMN selection mode; storing the selected PLMN in a user selection PLMN list; and selecting a PLMN to access a network based on the PLMN of the pre-stored selection PLMN list, when the terminal tries to restore to receive a normal service in a limited service.
