The present invention relates to a method and a device to adjust a seat based on learning conditions. The method to adjust a seat based on learning conditions executes a studying mode after a user sits using a sensing unit including multiple sensors for sensing the sitting posture of the user; calculates learning condition index by consecutively sensing the posture change of the user using the sensing unit; and executes a warning mode to attract the attention of the user if the calculated learning condition index is out of a critical range related to a preset studying posture by using a drive unit for providing physical feedback.
