The present invention relates to a cell culture substrate for inducing an epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT). The present invention relates to: a cell culture substrate in which pillar-shaped structures having a constant mean diameter, which include flat sides where cells can be attached and cultured in an upper portion, are arranged at regular intervals, and a distance from the center of one pillar to the center of a neighboring pillar is controlled to be 4 to 30 μm; a drug screening method using the cell culture substrate; a screening method of a patient-customized anticancer drug and a fibrosis medicine including a step of processing or non-processing a cell, separated from a carcinomatous tissue of a patient, with an anticancer drug candidate material, and attaching and culturing the same to the cell culture substrate; and a manufacturing method of the cell culture substrate including a step of preparing an intermediate mold which includes an elastic polymer where a plurality of pillar-shaped structures are patterned in intaglio. |
