A light emitting device according to an embodiment includes: a support member which has a body, first and second pads which are separated from each other on the body, and a hole in the body; a light emitting structure and a light emitting chip which has third and fourth pads under the light emitting structure; and an adhesive member which is arranged between the support member and the light emitting chip. The third and the fourth pads are electrically connected to the first and second pads. The light emitting structure includes a first conductive semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second conductive semiconductor layer. The adhesive member includes a protrusion part which protrudes from the inside of the hole. |
