The present invention provides a smart care and eco-management integration system, and a method thereof which authenticate vehicle user only by a contact to an on board diagnostics (OBD) black box based on near field communications, and provide a car sharing service and an integrated management service specialized from smart care and eco-management information analyzed and generated from vehicle diagnostic information and bio-signal information collected by each authenticated vehicle user.
