The present invention relates to a functional soundproof glass panel for a soundproof wall and a method for manufacturing the same. The method for manufacturing a double functional soundproof glass panel comprises: a step (S1) for forming an optical image pattern (10) by using optical paints on the surface of a first glass panel (20); a step (S2) for allowing a first glass panel (20) and a second glass panel (30) to face each other in order to allow an optical image pattern (10) to be located therebetween, and arranging a spacer (S) along edges of the first and second glass panels (20, 30); a step (S3) for injecting resin for UV curing into a space between the first and second glass panels (20, 30); a step (S4) for forming a bonding layer (40) by curing the resin by irradiating UV rays onto the side of the second glass panel (20); and a step (S5) for finishing with an edge (50) along the edges of the first and second glass panels (20, 30). |
