The present invention relates to an emotional web environment composition system and a method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to the emotional web environment composition system where a web page environment setting is converted in real time in accordance with an external natural environment. According to the present invention, the system comprises: a location information collection portion which identifies the location of a user; an environment information collection portion which collects natural environment information of a location area of the user identified by the location information collection portion; an element determination portion which determines color, pattern, and sound source elements based on the natural environment information collected by the environment information collection portion; and an interface realization portion which changes a color, a pattern, and a sound source of a web page which the user has accessed with the color, pattern, and sound source elements determined by the element determination portion. |
